The whole reason I was able to confront my ADHD in the workplace was because of a dream job that went terribly wrong. Through my diagnosis and recovery, I learned a few valuable lessons, including:
1 - Communication - In my case, I “came out” about my condition in a moment of candor. Your mileage may vary.
